About ShutterClass Studios
Set in an old machinery warehouse, ShutterClass Studios is an affordable and functional space offering versatility to commercial shooters, photography educators and anyone wanting studio space to work on their projects or portfolios. Welcome visitors from The Block, thanks for stopping by!!
Located at 271 Huntingdale Road, Oakleigh, Victoria, ShutterClass Studios are conveniently located within walking distance of public transport, good food and coffee options, and nearby parking.
Features include 2 straight cycloramas (approx 6.5w x 3.6m high) and one large corner cyclorama (approx 11x7x3.6m high), each with its own makeup and change area. There are also 5 coloured portrait walls, various paper backdrop options, and a separate dedicated construction/wet area.
Included onsite are:
- separate shower/change room
- 3-phase power
- wireless Internet access
- loading/unloading bay (via construction/wet area, when not in use)
- full theatre curtains separating each of the shoot areas for complete privacy
ShutterClass can also assist with set construction, water/paint/powder setups, and other shoot requirements - chat to us about your project!
Lighting is available for hire on site, with a range modifiers to choose from. ShutterClass can also assist with sourcing even more lighting or camera equipment if required for your project.
